The Churdan library will host a meet-and-greet with candidates for county office Monday, Oct. 3, at 7 pm.
Candidates planning to attend are Mike Holden and Dan Benitz, who are running for county supervisor in the only contested contest in the county.
Others expected to attend are Dawn Rudolph, who is running for re-election as county supervisor; Thomas Laehn, who is running for re-election as county attorney, and Katlynn Mechaelsen, who is running for re-election as county treasurer. Also attending will be Deb McDonald, who was appointed by the supervisors as county recorder and now running for election to that office.
